In detail ## Domestic plumbing in detail The systems, materials and situations behind the calls we get most often across Leamington Spa and Warwickshire. ### Hot water systems Combi boilers heating water on demand; vented cylinders fed from a loft tank; and unvented cylinders running at mains pressure with expansion vessels, pressure reducing valves and temperature and pressure relief. Each has different failure points, scaled plate heat exchangers, failed immersions and thermostats, discharged expansion vessels, blocked strainers.
